My Internship experience🚀

It has been quite a long time since I wrote a blog on medium so here I am 💁 sharing my amazing journey at CutShort as a Product Evangelist intern.😃
I joined CutShort back in November 2020 and got hired through CutShort’s Jumpstart virtual event. Since then I have been learning, ideating, experimenting and executing things to help CutShort grow.🏄
Background
CutShort is India’s fastest growing AI based platform to hire quality talent and all the processes can be CutShort to just a few days. It’s a completely bootstrapped SaaS startup to discover and engage with the best talent in a hassle-free manner.

Day to Day work
My main role as a Product Evangelist was to understand the product, evangelize it in the market, give presentations, close partnerships and create engaging content for social media channels and build community space to help CutShort grow exponentially.⚡️
▶ Communication, Experimentation & Execution is the key here!
✅ Operations
🔸Reached out to 15+ top technical communities across India and closed
5+ partnerships through virtual meets.
🔸 Initiated #CandidWithCutShort🔈, a Twitter series where our team invites founders, entrepreneurs, and other folks from top-notch startups and well-established companies for an AMA.
🔸 Bridging the gap between employees and employers by sending them well-curated jobs/opportunities on invite-only channels weekly, planning community events, creating engaging content and much more.
🔸 Tested the CutShort bot workflow and created awareness about it.
✅ Brainstorming & Crafting
🔸 We had daily discussions to brainstorm new ideas, action items and our team together creates workflows and roadmaps that we could implement in the near future.
✅ Execution
The future of remote work is likely to be hybrid. Since the pandemic, a lot of companies have gone remote to manage work efficiently. Our company uses Airmeet for virtual office space, slack for messaging/giving updates, and zoom for morning calls or group meetings. 👥
People
Culture and value is the biggest treasure at CutShort.🌟The people are really supportive and have a buddy assigned with whom they can talk. From random fun zoom sessions to people playing the ukulele, online slack quiz, sharing their life experiences, it’s really an inclusive workspace where people are open to sharing anything they feel like. 💞
Learnings
It’s important to beat ‘Analysis Paralysis’ and make the Decisions faster. Keep experimenting, keep growing! 🚀📈
